This was a top selection for a fleeting trip in Birmingham with excellent value. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay that much better. I'd suggest asking for a first-floor room to avoid the hassle of stairs.

Good location, clean, new, big beds, good car parking.
There was a problem with the room key cards. They continually had to be re-activated. This needs to be corrected as soon as possible.

Location was good. Hotel was standard
Unfortunately there was no record of my booking even though I had confirmation email and money taken out of my account. Took half an hour to get a room key. Night receptionist did his best and not his fault just something to look at

Staff was very helpful and obliging. Abundant parking space. Room clean and well provided.
Hotel had opened in Sept. 2011, hence a bit of work in progress as a well functioning 4 star premises.
